The Dark Side by pogona2009 The Dark Side by pogona2009
In search for the seed of life, human kind stumbles upon an uncharted alien world, this planet, bigger than earth, is literally infested with life, huge organic structures can be seen from space, totally wild and dangerous life forms inhabit the planet, with a high evolution rate and constant depredation no species lives more than some hundreds of years, caos and natural selection rule the place.

With tidal locking, this planet always has a light and a dark side. Analyses indicate that the origin of life in this planet started in it's dark side. The significance of the discovery is too high to let it go, but who knows what creatures may lurk in the dark, and who would dare to go down there and try to survive.

this is a remake of an older piece.

Nice. Really good one. Great planet, its detailed textutures and colors. This light at the bottom with flare looks amazing too. And what more, I've enjoyed your description, nice idea, I like the concept :D Keep going!

some pieces don't need descriptions, other ones mean much less without them.

cool. By the way, the moon has not a permanent "dark side"

Because the moon revolves around the Earth that revolves around the sun. There is not a side of the moon permane tly in shadow.
